介绍了橡胶制品应用于汽车中的现状，统计了各种汽车中的橡胶用量、汽车橡胶制品使用的胶种及比例、世界汽车年产量，橡胶消耗量，轮胎生产量及世界前30名橡胶制品企业销售额。对汽车用橡胶制品的特点及发展趋势作了较系统的介绍。     

两级定位-路径问题的变邻域人工蜂群算法

建立了两级定位-路径问题的数学模型,提出了一种求解该问题的人工蜂群算法。针对该算法容易出现早熟现象,将近年来国外出现的一种新颖的轨迹式启发式算法--变邻域搜索融入其中,由此提出三种变邻域搜索策略。基于不同变邻域搜索策略的人工蜂群算法和人工鱼群算法的求解效果进行对比仿真。实验结果表明,变邻域人工蜂群算法能有效求解两级定位-路径问题。     

Reaction products of ammonium nitrate phosphate fertilizers of varying water-soluble phosphorus content in different Indian soils

Studies were undertaken on the isolation and identification of reaction products of ammonium nitrate phosphate (ANP) fertilizers containing 30, 50 and 70 per cent water-soluble phosphorus (WSP) of total phosphorus in representative soils of the vertisol, oxisol, alfisol, entisol, mollisol and aridisol groups of India. ANP fertilizers were applied in solid form to soil, and reaction products formed at and around the site of ANP fertilizer placement were identified after six weeks incubation in moist soils by X-ray diffraction technique. DCPD (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate- CaHPO₄ · 2H₂O) was the major reaction product of ANP fertilizers containing 30 and 50 per cent WSP in vertisol, entisol, aridisol, mollisol, oxisol and alfisol, and of ANP containing 70 per cent WSP in vertisol, entisol, alfisol, aridisol and mollisol. DCP (dicalcium phosphate-CaHPO₄) was detected with ANP of 30 and 50 per cent WSP in the vertisol, alfisol, entisol, mollisol and aridisol groups of soils. In addition to DCPD, FePO₄ · 2H₂O (metastrengite) and AlPO₄ · 2H₂ O-monoclinic (metavariscite) were formed in alfisol and oxisol soils with ANP of 30 and 50 per cent WSP. FePO₄ · 2H₂O and AlPO₄ · 2H₂O (metavariscite) were identified in alfisol and oxisol soils while AlPO₄ · 2H₂O-orthorhombic (variscite) was formed in alfisol soils with ANP of 70 per cent WSP.     

基于需求更新的救灾品配送公平与效率协调模型

鉴于需求准确度与救灾品配送效率之间的悖反关系,研究了基于需求更新的救灾品配送效率与公平问题.通过对某市民政局进行调研,了解到台风灾害发生时的需求变化规律,设计一种通过已知需求灾区对未知需求灾区的需求进行贝叶斯更新的需求更新方式,由此建立救灾品配送模型.将该模型应用于某台风救灾实例,通过实例分析表明了该模型的求解速率与精度,并找到了最优"决策点",实现了救灾品配送公平与效率的平衡.     

Direct Ink-Jet Printing of Vertical Walls

Direct jet printing can assemble ceramic powder into a three dimensional shape by firing droplets of ink through a nozzle to build a multiple layered structure. As with stereolithography and selective laser sintering, the surface texture is expected to witness the layered assembly. The ability to create vertical walls by direct ink-jet printing was explored using a test piece based on a maze. The structure and topography are discussed in terms of droplet spreading and drying.

Effect of Water Vapor on the Release of Fission Gases from Uranium Oxycarbide in High-Temperature, Gas-Cooled Reactor Coated Fuel Particles

The hydrolysis of uranium oxycarbide (UCO) was studied by injecting water vapor into a fuel element containing a known number of high-temperature, gas-cooled reactor (HTGR) coated particles with exposed fuel kernels. The experiments were conducted in the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR) at temperatures between 700° and 1000°C, a system pressure of 200 kPa, and partial pressures of water vapor between 21 and 199 Pa. The general sequential response of the exposed fuel kernels to water vapor addition consisted of (1) a rapid release of stored fission gas with a concomitant increase in the steady-state release and (2) a period of constant steady-state release. Upon cessation of the addition of water vapor, a decline in the release to prehydrolysis values generally occurred. The release of stored fission gas was dependent on the square of the partial pressure of water vapor. The ratio of the constant steady-state release to the prehydrolysis value was independent of the partial pressure of water vapor. The time constant for the decline in the release was the same in all of the hydrolysis tests.     

Coordinating efficiency and equity in disaster relief logistics via information updates

This paper addresses a multi-supplier, multi-affected area, multi-relief, and multi-vehicle relief allocation problem in disaster relief logistics. A multi-objective optimisation model based on disaster scenario information updates is proposed in an attempt to coordinate efficiency and equity through timely and appropriate decisions regarding issues such as vehicle routing and relief allocation. An optimal stopping rule is also proposed to determine the optimum period of delay before responding to disaster, because decision making requires accurate disaster information. The main contribution of this paper is solving relief allocation problem in a novel way by correlating operational research with statistical decision making and Bayesian sequential analysis. Finally, a case is presented based on the post-disaster rescue in Eastern China after supertyphoon Saomai to test the applicability and show the potential advantages of the proposed model.     

光气生产技术及光气化产品开发进展

综述了光气生产工艺技术、安全措施及主要光气下游产品种类。介绍了国内外光气生产及应用现状，涉及一氧化碳制备、氯气干燥、光气合成、废气处理和安全生产等技术。简述了光气化产品开发研究方向，提出重点开发IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)、NDI(1，5-萘二异氰酸酯)、氯磺酰异氰酸酯和较大分子量的氯代甲酸酯等光气化产品。     

注射成型薄壁制品的结晶度

简要概述了注射成型过程中的非等温结晶和2种计算结晶度的方法。结果表明，在注射模CAE开发中，用DSC测量是一种比较实用简便的计算结晶度的方法。
